Jill Samuels, artist

Jill Samuels creates paintings and mixed-media pieces using acrylic, watercolor, oil pastel, maps, embroidery thread, and wire.  Jill’s work carries a distinctly feminine weight in its material references, while dealing with the human experiences of chance, intuition, balance, and control.  Her responsive process results in nuanced abstract pieces that are clear, emotional, and reflective.
